I think a overhaul of the Appearance library is VERY needed.
Fist of all the icons are very small - can't really see whats on the picture. (on a 4K screen it is much more worse)
Second - more variety of the same appearance would be nice.
As you can see in the attached photo - SW have a dozens variety of Copper - Polished, Sandblasted, Burned etc.
And it has a logic folder structure so that it is easy to navigate in.
Something like this would be highly appreciated in inventor too.
Third - And pretty important - A more Real View experience when the appearances are added.
Today it looks very flat and boring - a semi rendering environment would be nice when working with small parts.
Fourth - Easier access to assign a new background (and likely more of them) - why are the few available backgrounds hidden in a sub menu under Application Options.
Shouldn't they be accessible from the drawing environment?
