Appearance list expandable/bigger, names too long

I have that feeling whereby I may be duplicating an existing idea, however I can't find anything.  

Yesterday I created a number of new appearances in the company library, they had long names and are cut off from the drop down list.  

It would be ideal to be able to make this list larger by grabbing the corners, or at the very least an tooltip on mouseover which gives the full name.

Additionally I'd like to have the possibility to switch the presentation of the appearances to thumbnails ind different sizes.

Niel it is a good sugestion.

Somme times it is a pain in the proverbial.

Now I bought two 4k monitors.

I now rich peaple are a akwark sort.

But my 64 yaer old vision is not so pinpoint sharp as it was and i cant find a solution for making the menus a littel bigger.

i put the enlargment in windows 7 on 150% but that is just not do the trick.

BTW Your U TUBE programs are amazing I will recomend you for a BAFTA nomination.

@Anonymous I use a program called Xsplit for the screen capture, it's meant to be an application for video game streaming but the local recording feature is bang on the money for what I need.  I then use Sony Vegas for the rendering, the intro and all effects are also done in Vegas and that's all I use.
