API Boolean PartsListRow.WrapBelow property

As a developer, I would like to be able to get and set the "Wrap Table at Row" boolean.

If WrapAutomatically = False

  1. API has no visibility if the table was wrapped by the user.
  2. API has no visibility how many sections exist.
  3. If table was wrapped automatically and had more than 1 section, then the wraps at those rows remain.
