Allow Users to Define and Persist Active Content Center Libraries

In many enterprise environments, Content Center contains a large number of libraries, including multiple standards (ISO, DIN, ANSI, JIS, custom libraries, etc.).
Today, all available Content Center libraries are presented and processed, even though most users only work with a small subset of them. In our global environment, many users only require Metric (ISO/DIN) libraries, while others may only need Imperial (ANSI) libraries. The remaining libraries create unnecessary overhead and can impact Content Center performance and user experience.
Proposed Enhancement: Add a user-specific setting that allows users to choose which Content Center libraries are active.
For example: Users can enable only the libraries they regularly use.
Inventor remembers the selected libraries in the user's profile/settings.
The same selection is automatically restored when Inventor is started again.
Users can modify their active library list at any time through the Content Center configuration dialog.
Benefits:
- Improved Content Center performance in large environments.
- Reduced loading and search times.

You can already do this in the Project Manager Configure Content Center Libraries section.
