Allow Join extrusion on multiple solid bodies at once
Currently we can perform a Cut extrusion and select multiple solids to cut through at once. However, if we try to do a Join extrusion and select multiple solids, Inventor gives an error that doing so is not supported. Please support this so we don't have to use inconvenient workarounds like creating the same extrusion multiple times or using Combine.
