Allow BOM view of partslist in a drawing to be changed after placement.

Can we have the option to change the partslist BOM view after either the partslist or ballons have been placed. 

This often comes up in initial concepts or reworking old drawings  where you might change how you want to display the partslist. At the moment there is no option to change this other than to delete all the balloons and the part list and start again. Not very productive. 

The example below I started out with a structured view and then realized I wanted to show parts only. The option is greyed out. 

Level As  PartsListLevelEnum

This is the value that can be set only at initial baloon or partlist  placement. See here

The user is not told what the issue is and left scratching their heads. Please install the ability to change structure and bring up a caution message to say it will change and then proceed to change the balloons connected to this partslist and the bomview of the partslist.
