Align Drawing Views based on model geometry and allow multiple alignments

If I have two plates that are similar I like to align the face views, but I'd also like to align the edge views

(Also, views are aligned based on the center of the view. If a Design Rep removes part of a model the views can't be aligned based on the model.)
