When we are trying to make Screwed Flanges as per ASME B16.5, The available NPT sizes (in Inventor) are ranging from 1/16” to 12”. But the Standard has 4”, 16”, 18”, 20” & 24” which is not available in Inventor.
We have added those sizes in the "Thread.xls" which is located in the Design Data folder as given in the below link.
Now we need place this "Thread.xls" in the network drive so that all the Inventor users can see the NPT sizes upto 24".
The Idea or the suggestion is..It will be grateful if Autodesk Inventor updated with NPT and Thread sizes upto 24” globally. Because we dont how the parameters available in the "Thread.xls" spread sheet. Even though if add the parameters, we wont 100% sure whether it is correct or not. Please make the NPT and other thread sizes according to the Standard sizes available.
