Connection between Inventor and Vault is future-oriented and is still developing. Very important part of connection is possibilty to creat as exact BoM as it possible. I guess so it'll be great and very helpful if Autodesk can give us a tool enable to add a Base Unit defined by user ( for example: set, pair etc.)
