Add the "refresh" and a "save" button to "start tab"

Inventor 2024 users sometimes get this view (its German but English might be similar)

The "start tab" is normally updaten when the Inventor is shut down the normal way. In case Inventor crashes users get the start tab they had the last time Inventor was shut down normally. To avoid this it would be great if there would be a "refresh" and "save" button at the start tab. At the moment there is none. You only can delete not pinned items.
