Add 'Start New Assembly' Option to Right Click Menu Options in .ipt Files

This would be a nice speed improvement if implemented. Allow the engineer to simply right click on the part name at the top of the feature browser, and have a "Start New Assembly" option in the menu that appears. This would save the time of needing to open a blank assembly template and then inserting the open .ipt component into that new assembly.
