Add iLogic Copy - Paste function

Add a possibility to Copy - Paste External iLogic rules to local iLogic rules of the file.

It has been available in Inventor 2022.1, and you could have a try.

A new addition to this:

Add the option to also copy/paste automatic the ilogic event triggers to the new file, if you copy/paste the iLogic rule itself. Or give a pop-up if you paste the iLogic rule and there was a link with one or more event triggers.
