Add cuts based on Interferences.

I'm making an assembly of 2 parts with Male/Female connections. I imagine this is not very uncommon and a lot of people will come across this situation too. But making the parts', male/female connections line up in the right orientation is sometimes a bit of work. Why can we not just automatically make the female part based on interferences?

 

Example:

The interference in this case would create a cut in the longer tube.
