Add Annotate Format panel to sketch tools in .idw

Please add the Annotate>Format panel to the sketch tools in the drawing (.idw).

This would be beneficial to those setting up standards for companies. It's like a context menu that we need when it comes to setting up sketch symbols and title blocks. Very beneficial for scenarios where extra layers and styles sneak their way in and your trying to purge them out.

Impact wise, this wouldn't be too hard to do as this panel already exists in Annotate.

NOTE: I also customized my tool ribbon and added those 3 tools to my sketch tab on the end just like the Annotate tab... But it requires you to click the tools to see the style or layer. So it's not a perfect work around. (see image)

Yes - this would be very handy in the Sketch ribbon as many times you are sketching in reference geometry that needs moved to a different layer. Very counter-intuitive that you must jump to another ribbon to control the lines you've just drawn.

Yes, this would be very useful.

I am currently editing some title blocks, borders, and symbols.

So tedious to toggle back and forth between the Sketch and Annotate tabs.
