The current Inventor Color Scheme Editor choice for highlighted selections is barely visible on-screen in assembly files. Please add an application option that allows the engineer to select an opaque color of choice that all selected components will temporarily change to, so that we can actually discern what we selected in the view window. This temporary opaque color would change back to the previously assigned component color as soon as the engineer selects anywhere else within the Inventor window. This will make it far easier for the Inventor user to actually see what he/she selects within the view window, along with less potential mistakes.
