Add a tab for iProperties in the iLogic Editor

It would be really nice to see the iProperties from the iLogic editor. Even if it's just in a read-only state where you can copy and paste values into the current code without having to exit out of the editor, go to the iProperty window and then return to the code. It's especially a pain when you are working with new iProperties.

Or maybe add it as another primary node under the 'Model' tab and 'File Tree' tab, next to where the 'Model Parameters', 'User Parameters', and 'Model States' are listed.  Then we can use them similar to how we can use the Parameters.

A node would be good too! When you click on the tree it lists out the iProperties like the User parameters! @WCrihfield

Even having it in a menu like parameters for the model. Great idea to directly access the values and even if we could have them listed by property type that they fall under...
