Add a note to the open files on the home tab

I have often thought about this idea when i'm working on a lot of files at the same time;

Sometimes it would be very convenient to have the possibility of adding a local note to the open files on the home tab. It would make it easier to identify and swap between the different files that's being worked on.

It could be just a local note, meaning that the note could be different between users.

I know you can hover above a file to get a preview of double-clicking to showcase all the files, but this doesn't appeal for a great workflow.
