3D PDF Support for custom Client Graphics

Currently, custom Client Graphics do not export through to 3D PDF documents, including text, primitive shapes, surfaces, sections, etc.

This would be great to have, to fully annotate a model, provide more descriptive design definitions, and a complete product package.

This is also a way to augment the robustness of 3D Model Annotation for Assembly models which currently lacks many ways to annotate a model.
