Internal Error 2755

I need your help guys.

I'm installing the patch TS1069046_R11 for my AIP11 SP2 but encountered an internal error 2755 upon installation.
Pls. see attached error message.

You have two error codes... 2755 and 1612. Try google on Microsoft Error
Code XXXX

What Win Installer version are you using - 3.1v2 ?

How can I know the version? Is there an issue with that?

Go to Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs and scroll down to Windows Installer

Or see if Win Installer 3.1v2 will install http://support.microsoft.com/?id=893803

Guys,

Thanks for all the help.

What I did was to uninstall the windows update KB918????. No need to install the hotfix.

Its working fine now.
