I cant install Inventor Student Version

Good afternoon!

I had to do a restore on my computer, and I lost all the programs I had, including Inventor (student version), and today I was trying to download through the Autodesk account, but says error at the end, and do not installed the program.

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried disabling your antivirus and installing from the virtual agent? Could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?

I sent JPEG image of the printscreen.. When i click install , the files are downloading, but suddently it appears "installation fail" and appear an red "X" mark on the programs that are include in Inventor Pack. If i turn off anti-virus should it work?

Hi @Anonymous

 

Please turn off your firewall and anti-virus then try the installation again. If that still doesn't work, please re-download the program from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version).
