I had to do a restore on my computer, and I lost all the programs I had, including Inventor (student version), and today I was trying to download through the Autodesk account, but says error at the end, and do not installed the program.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried disabling your antivirus and installing from the virtual agent? Could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Please turn off your firewall and anti-virus then try the installation again. If that still doesn't work, please re-download the program from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version).
