Wont Create Nest, "No Packaging Available"?

So when I go right click on the master assembly and try to create a new nest, it pauses on the Sources dialogue box and doesn't capture any shapes. I close out of it then try to create a new nest but it tells me "No Packaging Available". I have verified that it has packaging but for some reason it won't recognize it. 

I've attached the part. Can someone have a go at it?

The master part is missing in the package, even though it didn't become a hurdle to make a nesting thru assembly.

Thank you for the reply. So I found the master and re-ran the nest. There was one file that had an unresolved link but I just deleted it and ran it. You'll notice that it didn't nest all the parts in the assembly. Only those two. I'm having the same problem. Any thoughts?
