I have heard there is an ADD IN for Inventor 2018 Professional that will convert a wire frame to a solid so that I can modify as required.
It is a complex CAD of a 2016 Ford Fiesta.
I need to add more parts to it but it need to be a solid.
I have attached the file.

Not sure about this add-in you mention, but if the wireframe is correct (no open loops, etc), then you should be able to use such as closed loops to generate the solid, or even a surfaces then to solid if need be.
Unfortunately due to security, I can't open your file at the moment to take a look at it.

The file is not wireframe.
It is an imported stl mesh file.
You must have heard about the AutodeskMeshEnabler.
In any case, I recommend that you create your own native geometry from scratch rather than attempting to edit someone else's stl rubbish.
