Why revolve is not working?

It worked fine, but when I have changed the dimensions it has decided not to work.

I have deleted the sketch and created it again.

There were some extra lines in your original sketch... Here is an edited one with revolve:

Pay attention to extra lines there ... It's always an issue for features like these
