Like the red circles showed, the annotations were disappeared.
Why my inventor (2018 pro student version) cannot annotate some dimensions?
Can you share a file showing this issue?

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..
Right mouse click on the view containing the missing annotation, select General Dimension Type? Is it Projected or True?
