Why is this so hard to do?

I'm not trying to bend the laws of physics here, all I want is the flange to follow this radius and every time I try to do it I have a hard time. I've tried contoured flange and a bend but it's fighting me all the way. It's Friday and all I want to do is get the hell out of here, please help.

It's not going to be possible to create a flange feature on the curve. You
could fake it, but it's not going to unfold. Inventor 2010 does have a
contour roll feature, but I doubt that it would work in your case. Again,
you did not specify your version.

How would you manufacture this part?

Looks like you will still be at work for a while.

Sorry, version 11 and we would simply extend one of the 2" flanges straight out in the flat without the 1" flange of course. I'll attatch the autocad flat of what I'll process for our cnc machine.

Hi! I would create a contour flange from the short flange on the right side. Make sure the contour flange does not touch the base plate though.
Thanks!
