What happened to the continuous move command when creating tweaks in 2018?

Hi there,

We just upgraded to Inventor and Vault, 2018. One of the BIG things I found missing for me was the continuous move command is gone! Now you have to keep reselecting your components, which is tedious when dealing with alot of small parts. Is the command still available and just hidden?

Hello @Anonymous,

To improve the user experience, continuous move command is replaced by Auto-apply which means if you select a component or a group of components, then go ahead to move or rotate them, once select other components, the action was auto-applied already and start the new process to tweak the second selected components.

You can stop anywhere and edit the created tweak node to add or remove participate components then.

Refer more for the new tweak commands introduction -

Hope it helps!
