Weld

I have 2 parts in an Weld Assembly. I cannot  get the Weld to work.I also added a fillet to part 1 to see if it would Weld but no difference. I was using the Groove Weld

What do i need to change to make it work?

Pick the chamfer and the flat face of the flat part and do not go greater than 4mm size.
