hi,
still quite new to inventor, and got the task to correct something in our title block.
worked with title block before in Solid Edge, but this is off course new.
now the thing is, when placing a view on page 1, it in scale ex 1:100, it's shown on in the title block.
all good.
but if i create a page 2, and place a view on that page - in a different scale, it's still 1:100, that's shown in the title block.
how do i change that( what command), so the scale can be different on page 1 and 2?

The scale in the TB is driven from a "Sheet Property" called "Initial Scale" (as shown below).
You can add the scale of the view under the view its self that will be of that view. Just edit the view as I show below.
