Vault Icons do not stay when added to the quick access toolbar - Inventor 2018

I've tried repeatedly to add these to items to the quick access toolbar.  Once I restart Inventor they do not remain.  Any suggestions?

Reproduced in Inventor Pro 2017.

You can add them to the quick access, but there seems to be no method of pinning them there.

@ChrisMitchell01  Is there something obvious we're missing, or is this intentional?  Are these supposed to be only temporary adds?

Correct, that's another way of stating my issue.  The screen shot below shows them added to my quick access toolbar, but they only stay for the current session.  Once I re-start Inventor, they're gone.

Thanks for reporting this; they should stick between sessions. Currently under investigation by the Dev team.

just wanted to add that i've had this behaviour of the buttons not just since the 2018 release. We're now on 2018 too but this has been happening to the buttons at least since 2012 or before. It's unclear to me when they disapear exactly, but they can be there multiple sessions and then they're gone without having other issues with inventor. It also happens in every environment; assembly, part, and drawing too.

i would greatly appreciate a solution for this as the icons also help me identify easily if i need to check something in or out.

Misha, You worded this very well.  I jumped up to 2018 from 2014 and expected this to be fixed.  I had better luck with this working when I used 2014.  In 2018 I'm not able to have them remain, even after one session.

i know you've forwarded this issue to development, but IMHO that should not "promote" this issue to being "fixed".

SOLUTION - this worked for me.

I used the inventor reset utility.  Windows Start menu>type "Inventor Reset Utility"

Please see my message about using the inventor reset utility. This worked for me.  I believe it's message 9 in this string.

Anche io ho lo stesso problema delle icone del Vault che spariscono dalla barra di accesso rapido. Nonostante il reset di inventor il problema persiste.

inventor 2021.2.2 the issue still persists, reset utility doesn't work.
