User Interface Missing (Bug | Inventor 2024)

Hi,

 

I'm having a bug at the moment where my user interface will go missing when opening new parts or assemblies (They're still on in the options - seen below).

The way I've been getting this to reappear is to either close Inventor or toggle the clear screen tool. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Hello!  Does this happen with all files, or only certain ones?  Are you up to date on patches etc.?  All display drivers up to date,... you know... the usual questions. 😁

It's (as far as I've noticed) random. But yeah all up to date etc. Only noticed it happening since updating to 2024 about a month ago.

Hi! Do you have multiple displays? Or, this could be related to display settings. Right-click on Inventor desktop icon -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Change High DPI settings -> check both boxes.

Go to Windows Display settings and select the recommended scale and resolution.

Lastly, may be try using Inventor Reset Utility to reset all settings back to install default.

I do have multiple monitors I've tried changing the settings you mentioned so I'll see how that goes for the next few days. If that doesn't sort  I'll try the reset utility 👍
