Use a curve to create a fillet

I am working on a project where I would like to create a fillet to transition a cylindrical surface to a rectangular surface. I have tried using multiple methods to use the curve of the cylinder to act as the fillet curve that leads to a vertex on the corner of the rectangular surface.

I have attached the project file and created sketches to illustrate the area I'm wanting to fillet/ smooth on the part. Please let me know if there is a solution to my issue.

You model base sketch is undefined...But without remodeling, I just did a shortcut and cut away the portion you were focusing on. Just use a loft to go from one profile to the other:

Can you send  snip? Not all are at the same version you're using. Les

Hi! This can be done by using two Loft cuts by picking the faces and the vertices. There is no need to create any sketches.

Many thanks!
