Update Content Center / refresh parts fails, write permission

Hello.

I have recently modified some of our content center files to have a stock no.

in this process I need to update our content center parts but it fails due to write permission.

We are using Inventor 2025.3 and Vault Basic.

what I have tried

Login in to admin account on both Vault and Inventor.

checked my roles, being as Admin + CC admin

Open my assembly and hit that "Refresh"

But it still fails.

what am i missing to perform this task ?
