Unwrap and Flat Pattern Trails

Im trying to unwrap the given surface and do trials but it seems like the curves do not want to meet as per the model.

Dxf file is generated from the surface attached.

Anything im doing wrong for a real life replica unwrap?

Can you tell us more about what you hope to see?  The Unwrap surface you generated (Inventor 2021, by the way) looks good to me, but it's never going to be perfect because it takes no account of material properties.  You can't make a very 3D surface into a 2D surface without stretching/compressing-- this is the whole basis for the profession of cartography: making useful 2D maps describing a 3D planet.
