Unwrap a Curved Sheet Metal Part to Add Cutouts

Help!  Once again I am struggling with an Inventor function I've never used, but found a need for.  I have a curved sheet metal part that I need to add cutouts to in its flattened state.  I have never used the "Unfold" and "Refold" commands.  Part in question is attached.

Can anyone walk me thru the procedure step-by-step?  The window that pops up when I select "unfold" is vague and confusing to me having never used it before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have another part I also need to modify the same way.

To what Brad showed, I'll add that refolding is better done from the model browser than from the ribbon.

When you've done all the unfolding operations, right-click the unfold position in the ribbon and select the refold option.

This is a good practice to avoid some errors with the algorithm after editing the flat in some scenarios.
