Unresponsive/glitchy Buttons on mini toolbar

HI,

I'm trying to explore the functionality of the Model Based Dimensions and the Tolerance Analysis tools. However in both scenarios when I click the green Check Mark nothing happens. With the annotation tool I can just right click and select "OK" from the marking menu but there is no option for that in the Tolerance analysis tool. Also when I try to make edits with the mini toolbar it gets glitchy. For example, when I try to change the tolerance and click inside the user input box all the surrounding drop down menus disappear (apart from the user input box) and the text is highlighted but doesn't change when I start typing. And will then eventually disappear. 

Is this something others have experienced/managed to fix?

Hi! Is this Inventor 2020? Have you installed 2020.1 update?

Yes. I have installed both the 2020.1 update and the 2020.1.1 update but I'm still getting the same errors?

Hi! I think I remember this could be related to DPI setting. It is a bug in Inventor. What is the DPI setting on your machine?

This was exactly the issue. My laptop has a resolution of 4K so I had changed the comparability DPI of Inventor as suggested in a post I found online. Once I reset this setting and changed my resolution back to 1920 the issues disappeared and I was able to use the tools!
