I want to  unfolded this type of part attached. If someone have ever meeting this case

Opening your part in Inventor 2023 either suggests to me that you may have started with a non-Inventor file of which you will not be able to unfold.  If this situation is true, you will have to remodel this from scratch and with how this shape looks currently that might be a challenge.

The other situation to consider is perhaps you are using Inventor 2024 and my 2023 has to import it?

This is where it is beneficial for the OP's to state the version of Inventor they are using as well as all Inventor updates and just in case it can come into play, state what OS you are using and if it is all up to date.

This is all I can suggest considering how this file opens for me in 2023.

Hi!

Use Unwrap tool to get an approximation of the flat piece needed to create the part.

Sheet Metal Flat Pattern will not flat this part since this is not a bend, but a plastic deformation of the part.

Hi! For this particular part, I would derive the part and use Delete Face -> Heal to remove the middle groove portion.

Then use Direct Edit widen the belt to accommodate the additional width. Flat Pattern can be made afterwards.
