Turn off the home screen when tiling views.

When I'm tiling views, the last thing I want to see is the home screen taking up precious screen real estate . Prior to V23, I was able to close the home screen. Now, that option appears to be gone. Is there a way to enable it's closing? If not, can you bring back the option to close it?

Currently, the home will not show when you arrange the windows:
