Tube and Pipe Tutorial wanted

As title really. I've never used the tube/pipe functionality in INV routed systems and would like to get up to speed with it.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent tutorial?

Version? There is a Tube & Pipe Tutorial PDF included in
the \Program Files\Autodesk\Inventorversion file path.

A few things I'd recommend:

1. There is a Getting Started guide that contains
tutorials (C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor
2010\Help\AI_RoutedSys_2010_GetStart.pdf). This guide covers the general
workflow for T&P.

2. There are a couple tutorials that cover some
specifics with T&P (Help > Tutorials > Level 3 - Specific
Interest)

3. There are some Skill Builders that cover
specific items (Help > Skill Builders > Routed Systems). The Skill
Builders require an internet connection.

IMHO, all the adsk tutorials suck.
They have no perspective on what a new user needs to know.
What I would do is get a 3rd party tutorial like this guys has or something similar:

That's how I learned it, b/c I couldn't afford the time to 'go to training'.
Besides, in training they just go over a book they hand-out anyways.
Besides, at entry level, you won't know enough to ask the instructor any questions in order to take advantage of any real-life experience that he may (or may not) have in the industry.
