Tube and Pipe - Hose routes

I have been tasked with modifying Tube and Pipe so that we can use it for electrical conduit routing.

I have authored several conduit fittings and conduits. The issue I am facing is when I define the point on the curve of the conduit clamp no matter which way I select the arrow to point, the route takes a hard turn away from the clamp. I am just lost as to what I am doing wrong.

On the circular edges, when you are entering an arrow indicates which side you are enter from. You can change the direction by using the spacebar, or right-click and select other to change direction. So try editing the node and select the circular edge and make sure the direction is pointing towards the opposite side of where you are connecting, does that help?

Yeah that makes sense, I will give it a go.
