Tube and Pipe - can't edit fittings

This is probably something really simple, but I can't seem to edit any of the fittings in my pipe runs.

Screencast is below - Delete, Edit Fitting Orientation etc are all greyed out.  This is the case for both my runs.

Any ideas?

I had somehow accidentally clicked it into express mode...
