Tube and pipe authoring

 I created my own elbow and pipe, but I can not agree that when I make a route to enter exactly as it is to each other. Which settings should and how to set.

My English is a little bad.
I made my elements (tube and elbows).
And now when they want to make a route, that's all right.
But when populate the route, the tubes and the elbow are not aligned.
I do not know how to fix it in the seasons.2.png1.png

Based on what I'm seeing you need to define the engagement settings so the pipe/elbow meet where you it too.  Or you can define the elbow publishing point at the bottom of your elbow socket.  Currently you have it on the outside of the elbow which means the engagement information is not correct.

Like @Mark.Lancaster said, the engagement needs to be reset to the correct depth.  You can do this by authoring and publishing the elbow again with the corrected engagement settings on both ends.   Right now it looks like you forgot to do this on one end of the elbow.

 

You can also force the engagement in your route by selecting the elbow and using Edit Fitting Connections.  Select the correct connection and add a value for the pipe engagement (depth).

the final result that is not good.
Are these settings fine and should they be changed,
by which it is best to determine the engagement (Nominal Size, Distance and To Plane / Point) and what does Max, Min.

Ok, I have seen this before.  The problem is in the pipe, not the elbow.  Your pipe is not growing to fill the length in your sketch.  This has to be fixed in the family table in Content Center.  Go to Manage on the ribbon, then Editor.  Find the family table under Tube & Pipe\Conduits\Pipes.  Edit the Family Table for this pipe conduit.  I'll show you examples from one of my custom pipes that works.

In the Family Table edit the length column by using right mouse click, Column Properties.  Check the box for Expression and the dot for Custom Column...

Select the three dots (...) next to the value and you will see this:

Set the minimum and maximum values as I did above.  Hit OK, and then OK again on the family table editor.  Then try the pipe again and see if it grows as required.

I do not understand what is happening all I did as you describe me but put my length on 0.001 mm Slika1.pngand nothing changes.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong or I did for my pipe while I drew put the wrong parameters

I am looking at your files right now.  It may take me some time to figure it out, but I think it has to do with the way your Revolution sketch is dimensioned.  The "L" dimension is fighting with the "PL" dimension.  When I get a solution I will post it here along with your fixed parts.  I am getting closer....

OK, I have redimensioned your revolution sketch so that "L" represents the overall length.  In the family table, I set the Expression for "PL" like I showed you above.  Your minimum and maximum may be different than mine, but you can set those to whatever you need.  I changed the "L" column to an expression using "PL" as the expression value.  That way they are equal, and will follow the sketch dimensions in your route.

 

I also found a problem on your elbow, where one of the authoring work points moved as the size changed, causing problems in the route.  I fixed that by adding a line in your "sweep" sketch, and using that to add a grounded work point.  Then I changed the authoring point for connection #1 to that grounded work point.  It should not move anymore.  As you can see it appears to be working now.

Your fixed parts are attached, I renamed them as I was playing with them, so you may have to rename them back to what you want.  I hope this helps!

Thanks for the answer. Now the tube is prolonged. It does not come in as much as I want. The elbow in the tube is ok but the tube in the tube is not good.Slika 2.png
