Tube & Pipe - Upload to existing custom family

Hello,

I have downloaded some STEP files from McMaster-Carr and have authored them as Tube & Pipe parts to use in assemblies. I have several fittings of different sizes but don't know how to go about adding them all to the same family. Is this possible?

Hi, no this is not possible with stand alone parts such as those.  Families are table driven like an iPart.  The best you can do is keep them all in a folder structure under the category that helps you keep them organized and easy to find.  Example: Elbows (main category)\McMaster\CS80 Threaded... or something like that.
