Trouble with T&P Assembly (Inv 2022.6)

I have an Tube and Pipe assembly that crashes Inventor every time I activate a model state. See attached video.

Any clues as to why it does this or better yet how do I make it not do this.

I have migrated all the components in this assembly to 2022, but the problem persists.

I can try the same workflows with inventor 2024.3.2 without crashing, but we are not using 2024 in production yet.

I never get a crash report.  It goes straight to the desktop.

Hi Kirk,

Try this and see if you get the crash report dialog. Go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Environment Variables -> add "INV_ENABLE_WER_SUPPORT" and set it to 1. You should be getting the crash report dialog for this kind of crash. Please send in the report and send me an email. I would like to understand the crash better.

I tried the same steps this morning before adding the env variable and it did not crash.  Works fine now. Nothing in the model has changed.
