Trouble Loading Tutorials in Inventor Professional 2019

I am having trouble accessing the tutorials in Inventor Pro 2019. When I click on "Tutorial Gallery," I see the following screen:

On previous attempts to open the tutorial gallery, I saw a message starting with "Failed to load URL..." or just a blank white screen. Every time I reopen Inventor, I get a slightly different response... 

Additionally, I am having trouble with the "Learning Path." Looking at the right bar in the picture, the videos have no audio, and when I click on "Pop-out," I do not see the video anywhere. 

I have already tried using the Inventor Reset Utility to reset my settings. I have also seen other posts about this issue. Most responses suggest for me to reinstall the tutorial files again. However, the links do not work, or they do not specify where I can find the files to reinstall. 

How can I fix these issues? I would appreciate nay help. Thank you!

Also what do you have for your Anti-Virus / Firewall?

If is is not a bad connection, anti-virus, firewall, or other issue, there are three .msi files connected with the install of the tutorials in 2019. Reinstalling these 3 files should fix any corrupted install issues:

AutodeskDesktopConnect.msi

AutodeskGuidedTutorialPlugin.msi

AutodeskInventorTutorials.msi

Before we try that approach I'd like to confirm a few things to troubleshoot this further. Please check this location for files: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\.desktop-connect\.docstore\guided-tutorial-plugin\INVNTOR\2019\ENU

This is where the pre-installed and downloaded tutorials live. In this folder, there should be .json files with number names, Each .json has a sub folder with the same name that contains the supporting files (ipt, webm, png thumbnail, etc.) 

Please confirm that there are files in the proper location, and we'll figure out next steps.
