I opened the assembly from step.. Then opened the outer main enclosure.. Pressed the "Convert to sheet metal" button.. Set sheet metal defaults to 2mm thickness. Pressed the "Stitch" to make it a solid then hit the "Create Flat Pattern" button without issue..

Is there a specific one of those parts you are having issues with?

What version of Inventor do you have?

You mentioned errors.. What specific errors?

Where specifically are you getting stuck.. Try to open the main outer enclosure using the steps above.. Did that work? If not where did that fail for you?

What version of Inventor are you using?  I'm on 2020.3.2 and when I open the step file, using auto stitch options, all but one of the parts come across as solids.

The big part that is a surface has some geometry in the corners that is interfering.

You would need to fix this interference before the part can be converted to a solid.  Was this part created using inventor and if so, can you get the original Inventor file?
