Hello everyone,
I know this may not be the perfect place to post this, but after two weeks of waiting on a support ticket and struggling to get help through the AI assistant, I’m hoping someone in the community might be able to guide me.
Here’s my situation:
After completing my studies, my student license for Autodesk Inventor expired in December. I recently purchased a full Inventor subscription (about two weeks ago) because I want to continue using the software professionally.
However, I have not been able to activate or even access the program since then. Every time I tried launching Inventor previously, I received licensing errors, so I eventually uninstalled it, hoping a clean reinstall would help.
Now I’ve run into a bigger problem:
Inventor is not listed under my Products & Services in my Autodesk account, which means I have no way to download and install it again. Because of this, I can’t sign in or activate the license I paid for.
I understand the usual suggestion is to install the free trial and then sign in, but I already used the trial version before starting my studies, so that option is no longer available to me.
I would really appreciate any advice or direction. At this point, I just want to be able to use the license I paid for and get back to work.
Thank you in advance.
