hi, would anyone happen to have a working model of a toggle clamp?
thanks
Just any toggle clamp? Surely you have specific needs?
Toggle clamp is such a broad device..

There are a lot of types out there ...
Like @mcgyvr mentioned, what kind of toogle clamp ...
You might need to constrain it some to get if fully working.
I know Destaco has all of theirs in 3D

sorry, in my haste i forgot to mention the specifics....
The clamp is to house an antenna to the underside of an aircraft.
I cannot modify (in any way - for obvious reasons!) the outer fuselage, so to clamp securely, I was thinking of creating a contoured housing that would snugly fit the antenna. This housing would come in 2 halves fastened by 2 toggle clamps. Or perhaps 1 clamp and a hinge......
Still very much WIP. Any ideas would be gratefully received.
please a picture what you want to clamp, otherwise build itself, the function is simple!
Sure, heres the antenna.
Toggle clamps are the most flexible tools in engineering. I was working at a toggle clamp factory for five years and know a lot of types of clamps and their manufacturing process. When I looked at the file you have attached, I can say that this is not hard for engineering. So, I can write to my friend who is currently working at the factory and he can find an answer to your problem. Actually you can visit the local clamp shop and consult with the master there. What do you think about it?
