Title Block in Wrong Position

Hi I am trying to update the title block on drawings with a new one which is in our new drawing template. I used the Drawing Resource Transfer Wizard, all worked well apart from the title block appears in the top right corner on the drawings being updated. I have selected bottom right block insert in the options and it still does it. How do i get it back to the bottom right?

Can you check the [Edit Sheet] > [Orientation]?

It may do but I can't seem to get the tool to do anything? here is the example.
