We are trying to setup a timeout without much luck. Here is what we have:

Options File(adskflex.opt)
TIMEOUT 1800

License File
VENDOR adskflex port=2080 [options=]/C:\Program Files\Autodesk Network License Manager\License

The options file is stored in the same location as the License File. What are we doing wrong?

Seems like your syntax is wrong:
Should be:
TIMEOUT autodeskfeaturecodehere 1800

We tried earlier using the autodesk feature code, but no luck. We just tried using the TIMEOUTALL, but still no luck.

TIMEOUTALL 1800

We think it is something with the path. The "sample" instructions are confusing at best.

We need another example of how to setup the path in the license file to point to the options file. Again, the sample given in the help is not getting us anywhere. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The instructions read "Add the path to the options file in the license file as the fourth field on the VENDOR line for the application's vendor daemon." What do they mean by "fourth field"? This is a text file so it is hard to imagine what they mean by field.

We figured out where the path to options go in the license file. Now, how can we setup our option to timeout every user except two specific users? Is that possible?
