Thread comand problem Inventor Professional 2016

Whe I try to run thread comand at 3D model tab, modify panel for the part's tutorial 2 step2, Inventor shows two errors attached in printings below. I tried to install mdac 2.8 from the link in one of the common issues in the support page of Inventor here, but it didn't solve the problem.

Do you have Microsoft Excel installed and if so has it been run once for the EULA to be displayed and accepted?

Inventor 2020, In-Cad, Simulation Mechanical

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file

No, I don't have it installed yet. Installing now.

Also if you apply SP1 for Inventor 2016, threaded holes no longer depend on having Excel installed however things like iParts and iAssemblys will not function properly without Excel.
